Shipping Information

  • All orders will be shipped via PHLPost Registered Mail (with tracking number)!
  • Please give me 3-7 days to process your order. This might take longer when there’s a sale or a holiday.
  • Once shipped out, kindly wait 14-30 days but sometimes it could take 3-15 weeks to arrive. Please make sure that you are willing to wait for your parcel before checking out.
  • Once shipped out, you will receive an email from us which will include a tracking number so you can check its status.
  • You can track your order via PHLPost Track and Trace.

Returns and Cancellations

  • Strictly no returns and cancellation of orders. Please be 100% sure when you check out.
  • Note: Please make sure that all your shipping information is correct to avoid problems with your order.
  • If your order arrives severely damaged, please email us at hello@merizenco.com with a picture of your parcel condition so we can make solutions to it.

Customs Fees

  • Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) which are incurred once a shipment reaches your country.
  • We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
  • We are also not responsible for delays due to customs.
